Final temperature = T

Lost 100 g at 90° = gained 600 g at 20°

Apply the formula:

100 x S x (90 - T ) = 600 x S x (T-20)

90 - T =[ 600 x S x (T-20) ]/ (100 x S)

90 - T = 6 (T-20 )

90 -T = 6T - 120

90 + 120 =6T+T

210 = 7T

210/7 = T

T = 30°

Final temperature = 30°
