The first thing to know about the angles is that the sum of the angles in a triangle is equal to 180 degrees.

Then, the exterior angle of a triangle formed by two segments of the triangle is equal to the sum of the two interior angles opposite that interior angle.

Then, there are special triangles such as

- The equilateral triangle

All the angles of this triangle are equal to one another. Since the sum of the angles in a triangle is 180 degrees, each angle of the equilateral triangle is 60 degrees.

- The isoscelles triangle

The two base angles of this triangle are equal to each other.

- The right angled triangle.

This triangle has one of its angles equal to 90 degrees.
