The given expression is

((x^3y^(-2))/(2^2x^(-5)y^3))^3

we know that the power of an exponent function can be solved as

(x^y)^z=x^(yz)

so, exponent 3 will be multiplied with the exponents of the variables in the bracket too.

((x^(3*3)y^(-2*3))/(2^(2*3)x^(-5*3)y^(3*3)))
((x^9y^(-6))/(2^6x^(-15)y^9))^3

So, the correct answer is option A.
