SOLUTION

The given expression is:

\frac{(r^{(1)/(2)}s^{(5)/(7)})^(14)}{r^5}

Applying laws of exponents the expression becomes:

\frac{r^{(1)/(2)*14}s^{(5)/(7)*14}}{r^5}

This gives

(r^7s^(10))/(r^5)

This further gives

r^(7-5)s^(10)=r^2s^(10)

Therefore the solution is

r^2s^(10)
