we use the trigonometric ratio sine, so


\begin{gathered} \sin x=(opposite)/(hypotenuse) \\ \sin x=(10)/(39) \\ x=\sin ^(-1)((10)/(39)) \\ x=14.86 \end{gathered}

answer:

angle = 14.86°
