Given:

([(2i)^4]^2)/(16i^5)

Find-:

Simplify

Sol:

Simplify then:

Value of :

\begin{gathered} i=√(-1) \\ \\ i^2=-1 \\ \\ i^4=1 \end{gathered}

So the simplification is:

\begin{gathered} =([(2i)^4])/(16i^5) \\ \\ =(2^4* i^4)/(16i^4* i) \\ \\ =(16*1)/(16(1)* i) \\ \\ =(16)/(16i) \\ \\ =(1)/(i) \end{gathered}

Simplify the value is:

\begin{gathered} =(1)/(i) \\ \\ =(1)/(i)*(i)/(i) \\ \\ =(i)/(i^2) \\ \\ =(i)/(-1) \\ \\ =-i \end{gathered}

So simplify value is: "-i"
