Answer: y= -3x+8

Step-by-step explanation: Use the slope formula
(y_(2)-y_(1) )/(x_(2)-x_(1) )

Then it's 14-(-1)/-2-3 which is 15/-5 = -3

y= -3x+b plug in the points (3,-1)

-1=-3(3)+b -1=-9+b

b= 8 So, the answer would be y=-3x+8
