What are your favorite things about the spooky season?

My favorite things about the spooky season is for sure the weather. Something about the leaves changing colors, it getting dark at 5pm, the smells and sights of rain, and the cold weather outside makes me feel so calm. I love all the festivities associated with the spooky season. Normally I carve pumpkins but this year I think I will try painting them. Decorating for Halloween and waiting for the trick or treaters to come brings me so much joy because I love seeing the faces of the littles kids. One of my all time favorite things about this time of year is going out into nature. Hiking during this time is a must, it must be one of the prettiest times of year.

There are several things about the spooky season that I love. My favorite part of Halloween is that there is no age limit. There is something in Halloween that is for everyone. For example, I love watching movies related to Halloween, such as horror movies. They get me into the spirit of Halloween, and they have an aesthetic and creepy atmosphere that makes it easy for them to be loved. For children, they get to trick-or-treat and receive free candy, and candy is associated with feelings of joy and happiness. I also love that Halloween is an excuse for anyone to wear costumes. People get to dress up as characters or creatures that they like, expressing their creativity and having fun in what they choose to wear. Overall, the spooky season is a fantastic way to relax and be expressive.
