The vertex form is given by:

y=a(x-h)^2+k

The parent function is:

f(x)=x^2

The function is vertically stretched by a factor of 2 :

2f(x)=2x^2

and translated 14 units right:

2f(x-14)=2(x-14)^2

and 6 units up:

2f(x-14)+6=2(x-14)^2+6

Answer:

g(x)=2(x-14)^2+6
