We have the distance formula between two points in the castesian plane is:

d(T,V)=√((x_2-x_1)^2+(y_2-y_1)^2)

replacing:

\begin{gathered} d(T,V)=√((13-5.4)^2+(1.6-3.7)^2) \\ d(T,V)=√((7.6)^2+(-2.1)^2) \\ d(T,V)=√(57.76+4.41) \\ d(T,V)=√(62.17)=7.88 \end{gathered}

Which means that the distance between the two points is 7.88 units
