We will replace those values in:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

That is:

y-3=7(x-5)

Then, we solve for y:

\Rightarrow y-3=7x-35\Rightarrow y=7x-32

From this, we have that the line that passes by the point (5, 3) and has a slope (m) of 7 is:

y=7x-32
