I Believe the answer is (3x,-6y)

From your equation 4+3x=2y you first want to isolate the variable ( Variable means letter or number with letter), so you isolate 3x and dont do anything to it. You do the opposite of what the equation is telling you , so 4+3 will change to 4-3 , then you subtract 4 from 4 itself then from 6 making you get -6 then you bring down the 3x and you have your answer (3x,-6y).
