In order to find the value of f(0), we need to substitute x by 0 in the function f(x). Then, we calculate its value.

So we have:

\begin{gathered} f(x)=5x^2+3x-1\\ \\ f(0)=5\cdot0^2+3\cdot0-1\\ \\ f(0)=5\cdot0+0-1\\ \\ f(0)=0+0-1\\ \\ f(0)=-1 \end{gathered}

Therefore the answer is f(0) = -1.
