Part a

we have the number

2.21\cdot10^(-6)=(2.21)/(10^6)=(2.21)/(1,000,000)=0.00000221

answer part a is

0.00000221 moles per liter

Part b

we have the number

260,000=2.6\cdot(100,000)=2.6\cdot10^5

answer Part b is

2.6 x 10^5 pounds
