You are given a table showing input and output values for a given function y1=f(x). Using this table, find (if possible) (a) the x-intercept of the graph of y=f(x), (b) the y-intercept of the graph of y=f(x), and, (c) the solution to the equation f(x)=0.

The x-intercept is the point where y=0.

From the given table, notice that the x-value for y1=0 is x=7.

Hence, the x- intercept of f(x) is x=7.

The y-intercept is the point where x=0.

From the table, notice that the y-value for x=0 is y1=-48.

Hence, the y-intercept of f(x) is y=-48.

The solution to the equation f(x)=0 is the x-value for which the function has a value 0, that is when y1=0.

From the table, the x-value is x=7.

Hence, the solution to the equation f(x)=0 is x=7.
