Explanation:

- (5)/(9) + ( - (4)/(3) ) - (2)/(3) = - (23)/(9)

First deal with the bracket to get

- (5)/(9 ) - (4)/(3) - (2)/(3)

Next, find the L.C.M which is 9

( - 5 - 4 * 3 * - 2 * 3)/(9)

( - 5 - 12 - 6)/(9) = - (23)/(9)

Answer:

= -2.554

Explanation:

BODMAS Rule:

Brackets, O-Orders (powers/indices or roots), D-Division, M-Multiplication, A-Addition, S-Subtraction.

-4/3 = -1.33333333333

-2/3 = -0.66666666666

-5/9 = -0.55555555555

-0.555+(-1.333)-0.666

= -2.554
