Cost = 40 + 19m

ok

This is the inequality

\text{ 59 }\leq\text{ 40 + 0.19m}

Find the greatest distance

\begin{gathered} \text{ 59 }\leq\text{ 40 + 0.19m} \\ \text{ 59 - 40 }\leq\text{ 0.19m} \\ \text{ 19 }\leq\text{ 0.19m} \\ \text{ }(19)/(0.19)\text{ }\leq\text{ m} \\ \text{ m }\leq\text{ 100} \end{gathered}

I can drive at most 100 miles.
