okay so we have

5 blue marbles

6 green marbles

7 gold marbles

and 10 purples

we need to determine the probability that you would randomly pick 2 marbles without

replacement and they both be gold?

so we have 5+6+7+10

do you know what the total for that number is?

awesome

so out of the 28 for the first try we have

7/28

because the total of gold marbles is 7 out of 28

with me so far?

cool, so now we have 1 less gold marble

so out of the 27 marbles, we have 6 gold marbles and 27 marbles in total

so we have 6/27

with me so far?
