If the midpoint of ST is (6, -7) then its distance from S and T must be the same!

The distance from point T (0,5 ) to (6, -7) is from the Pythagorean theorem:

d=√(\left(0-6\right)^2+\left(5--7\right)^2)

which is

d=6√(5)
