\angle1+\angle2=180\degree

Then we have:


\begin{gathered} (2x-3)\degree+(8x)\degree=180\degree \\ (10x)\degree-3\degree=180\degree \\ (10x)\degree=183\degree \\ x=(183\degree)/(10) \\ x=18.3\degree \\ \angle1=2\cdot18.3\degree-3\degree \\ \angle1=33.6\degree \end{gathered}
