The point slope form of a line follows the pattern:


y-y_1=m(x-x_1)_{}

where m = slope and (x₁, y₁) are the coordinates of a point on that line.

Based on the question, m = -11 and x₁ = 0, while y₁ = -3. Let's plug them in to the pattern above.
