\begin{gathered} f(x)=-x^2+8x-11 \\ g(x)=14-(2)/(3)x \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} (1)/(2)g(-6)=(1)/(2)(14-(2)/(3)(-6))=(1)/(2)(14+4)=(18)/(2)=9 \\ f(-2)=-(-2)^2+8(-2)-11=-4-16-11=-31 \end{gathered}

Therefore:

(1)/(2)g(-6)+f(-2)=9-31=-22
