First, notice that the line crosses the y-axis at the point (0,7), then, the y-intercept is b = 7.

Then, we have that the line passes through the points (0,7) and (-3,1). So, we can find the slope using the following equation:


m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

in this case, we have the following:


\begin{gathered} m=(1-7)/(-3-0)=(-6)/(-3)=2 \\ \Rightarrow m=2 \end{gathered}

therefore, the slope is m = 2. And the equation of the line is:


y=2x+7
