Waiter A, the following distribution:

4, 4, 6,6,6,6,8, 10,10,10,

Walter B

12, 14,14,16,16,16,16,18,18,20

2) The mean for waiter A, is given by the sum of their tips, divided by the number of it:

The mean for Waite A is $6 tip

So the mean for Waiter B is $16

3) So examining the options, the answer is :

The mean for waiter B is higher than the mean for waiter A.
