to be parallel the two indicated angles must be equal

so, we can equal the two measurements


5(2d-3)=(6d+11+2d)

and solve d


\begin{gathered} 10d-15=6d+11+2d \\ 10d-6d-2d=11+15 \\ 2d=26 \\ d=13 \end{gathered}

the value of d is 13
