The slope of the line that passes through points (x1 ,y1) and (x2, y2) is computed as follows:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Replacing with points (3, 3) and (1, -3) :

m=(-3-3)/(1-3)=(-6)/(-2)=3

The slope-intercept form of a line is:

y = mx + b

where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept. Replacing with point (3, 3) and m = 3:

3 = 3(3) + b

3 = 9 + b

3 - 9 = b

-6 = b

Then, the equation is:

y = 3x - 6
