You can plot your data in excel (or other similar program), using time values as x and pressure values as y. Then, you can plot an exponencial tendency line and see the equation, as the picture:

According to the picture, we have the pressure (y) as function of time (x).

Now you have only to substitute the x for your desirible value (30 min). Than we have:

Pressure = 31.077*exp(-0.217*30)

Pressure = 0.05 Psi
