According to the given image, the vertices of a quadrilateral are P(2,5), Q(0,3), R(4,2), and S(6,4).

The dilation centered at R with scale factor 2.

We have to multiply the vertices with 2, except R because it's the reference point.

\begin{gathered} P^(\prime)(4,10) \\ Q^(\prime)(0,6) \\ R^(\prime)(4,2) \\ S^(\prime)(12,8) \end{gathered}
