Notice the following:

\begin{gathered} 3^4=81, \\ 4^2=16, \\ 9^3=729, \\ 13^0=1, \\ 7^(-1)=(1)/(7). \end{gathered}

Therefore:

Finally, substituting the values in the given expression we get:

(4^04^34^2)/(3^(-1))=3072.

Answer: 3072.
