We have to write each measure in radians and in terms of π.

We will use the fact that a full circle is 360° and also 2π radians, so we will use it as a conversion factor.

We can convert 315° as:

315\degree\cdot(2\pi)/(360\degree)=(315)/(360)\cdot2\pi=(7)/(8)\cdot2\pi=(7\pi)/(4)\text{ }rad

We can convert -450° as:

-450\degree\cdot(2\pi)/(360\degree)=(-450)/(360)\cdot2\pi=-(5)/(4)\cdot2\pi=(-5\pi)/(2)\text{ }rad

Answer:

315° = 7π/4 rad

-450° = -5π/2 rad
