The sum of the probabilities must be equal to one. In the first table we have:

0.26 + 0.09 + 0.45 + 0.12 = 0.92

Then, the first table is not a valid probability distribution.

Adding the probabilities of the second table, we get:

0.36 + 0.27 + 0.07 + 0.14 + 0.16 = 1

Then, the second table is a valid probability distribution.

Adding the probabilities of the third table, we get:

0.1781 + 0.1507 + 0.2740 + 0.1781 + 0.0001 + 0.2192 = 1.0002

Then, the third table is not a valid probability distribution.

In the fourth table there is a negative probability, then is not a valid probability distribution.
