I'm a non-denominational Christian, and Christians have several different denominations (i.e. Protestant, Baptist, Methodist) that hold different sets of beliefs. The same applies to Judaism, as there is Messianic Judaism, Haredi Judaism, and Reform Judaism, to name a few. With Islam, there are two main denominations: Sunni and Shia.
