Vertical Angles form when we have a geometric cross.

They are EQUAL.

Thus, we can write:


\begin{gathered} \angle A=\angle B \\ 2x-4=4x-30 \\ -4+30=4x-2x \\ 26=2x \\ x=(26)/(2) \\ x=13 \end{gathered}
