Given,

The mass of the car, m=2000 kg

The momentum of the car, p=80000 kg·m/s

The momentum of an object is given by the product of the mass of the object and its velocity.

Thus the momentum of the car is given by,

p=mv

Where v is the speed of the car.

On rearranging the above equation,

v=(p)/(m)

On substituting the known values,

\begin{gathered} v=(80000)/(2000) \\ =40\text{ m/s} \end{gathered}

Thus the speed of the car is 40 m/s
