\begin{gathered} \text{If 10}^2=6^2+8^2\text{ , then we conclude that it is a right angle triangle.} \\ \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} 100=36+64 \\ 100=100 \end{gathered}

So, it is obvious that it is a right angle triangle.

so, option A and option C both fit the explanation.
