Given figure of cylinder with height 8cm and diameter 8cm.

Volume of cylinder


=\pi r^2h^{}

We have given diameter = 8 cm

So, radius


=(Diameter)/(2)

Radius


\begin{gathered} =(8)/(2) \\ =4 \end{gathered}

Now, volume of cylinder


\begin{gathered} =3.14*4^2*8 \\ =3.14*16*8 \\ =401.92 \end{gathered}

Hence, volume of cylinder is 401.92 centimetre cube.
