How do I graph W<=7D+5, and D<=9-6w? Proffessor says D is horizontal, and W is the vertical axis.

Instead of the classical x-y axes we have D-W.

You need to plot the line


W=7D+5

This is easy if we set


\begin{gathered} D=0\text{ then W=5} \\ D=1\text{ then W=12} \end{gathered}

Then, the pair of numbers that satisy the first inequality are those which its y component is below the graph (it will be draw with yellow)

The other inequality is similar (will be draw with blue)


\begin{gathered} D=9-6W \\ W=0\text{ then D=9} \\ W=1\text{ then D=3} \end{gathered}

The pair of numbers are those to the left of the line.
