If two points A and B have coordinates of A(-2,10) and B (6,-4), then which of the following points lies at the midpoint of AB.

so, the point that is in the middle of that two points, has to have the x coordinate halfway between the x coordinates of the two points, and the same with the y coordinate

you have to add both x coordinates and divede by two, and the same with y coordinate

in this case (-2 + 6)/2 = x coordinate of the point meddle way

and, (10+(-4))yo/2 = y coordinate of the point middle way

so, the answer is (2,3)
