SOLUTION:

Starting from the red graph;

The intercept (c) = -4

Picking two points on the graph

(3,5) and (0,-4)

\begin{gathered} m\text{ = }\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1_{}\text{ }}\text{ = }(5-(-4))/(3-0)\text{ = }(5+4)/(3)\text{ = }(9)/(3)\text{ = 3} \\ \\ y\text{ = 3x - 4} \\ y\text{ }\ge\text{ 3x - 4} \end{gathered}

From the blue graph;

The intercept (c) = 8

Picking two points on the graph

(0,3) and (1,5)

\begin{gathered} m\text{ = }\frac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1\text{ }}\text{ = }(8-5)/(0-1)\text{ = }(3)/(-1)\text{ = -3} \\ \\ y\text{ = -3x + 8} \\ y<\text{ -3x + 8} \end{gathered}

These are the systems of linear equations that are represented by the graph.
