From the diagram we have that H is -30 km in the x-direction and 20 km in the y-direction.

We also have that F is -30 km in the x-direction and -30 km in the y-direction.

Then the resultant will be -60 km in the x-direction and -10 km in the y-direction.

Then the table woluld be:

The magnitude of the resultant is:


\begin{gathered} R=\sqrt[]{(-60)^2+(-10)^2} \\ R=60.83 \end{gathered}

Therefore its resultant is 60.83 km (using two decimals).

The angle is given by:


\begin{gathered} \theta=\tan ^(-1)((10)/(60)) \\ \theta=9.46 \end{gathered}

Now, this is the angle in the third quadrant. Therefore the angle measuere from the x-axis CCW is 189.46°
