Given equation of the circle is

(x+10)^2+(y-3)^2=81\text{ (i)}

The equation of a circle with centre at (a,b) and radius r is

(x-a)^2+(y-b)^2=r^2\text{ (}ii)

Comparing equations (i) and (ii),

the value of a is -10 and the value of b is 3.

Therefore, the centre is at (-10,3)

The value of r is 9.

Therefore, the radius is 9 unit.
