Why can prehistoric aquatic creatures be found on dry land that is far away from any water source in today's society?​

Because those points used to be under water in shallow seas. The ground was then pushed up to make mountains and/or ice caps froze lowering sea levels. This evidence points to the earth being old, and is a support for Darwin’s theory of evolution.
