The given graph is not the graph of a function, since the graph has two values, ( f(x) = -5 or - 1), at x = -5. So, by vertical test, the graph is not a function.

The second part of the question is the domain and the range.

The domain is an interval, which is,

The range is also an interval, which is

[tex]Range(-\infty,\infty)\text{ or -}\infty
