Do you think Titanoboa snakes had pelvic spurs? Why or why not?

Pelvic spurs are the legs remanent that keep non venomous snakes like boas and pythons. Thus, it means they must be a trait shared by all these snakes. Titanoboas fossils are at some point in the middle of snakes history. This means that they are not the original ancestor, thus, they must have same shared traits among other non venomous snakes.
