1) pH Scale. This scale expresses the acidity of a solution, in other words, the concentration of hydrogen ions.

So, numbers between 0 and 6.99 mean that the solution is acidic, and numbers between 7.01 and 14 mean that the solution is basic. 7.0 is neutral.

11.2 is the most basic solution because it is more close to 14.
