\begin{gathered} \text{ The slope-intercept form of the equation of a line is } \\ y=mx+b \\ \\ \text{ We will arrive to this kind of expression from the original} \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} y-6=(-2)/(5)(x-0) \\ y-6=(-2)/(5)x \\ y=-(2)/(5)x+6 \end{gathered}

That's the equation of the line in slope-intercept form, the slope is -2/5, and the intecerpt

is 6
