Given:

-6x-3y=-3

Slope-intercetp equation:

y= mx + b

Where:

m= slope (rise over run)

b= y-intercept ( where the line crosses the y-axis)

Solve for y:

-6x-3y=-3

-3y = 6x - 3

y = (6x-3)/-3

y= -2x + 1

m= -2

b= 1

Graph:
