Answer: B

A is in the past tense (worked). B is in the present tense (works). C is in the future tense (will work).

Sentence B is present tense. Sentence A is referring to that she has already worked and is past tense. Sentence C is referring to that she is going to be working, which is future tense. Sentence B is the only sentence that seems to follow present tense.
