Line passesthrough (0,1)

then y-intercept = 1

perpendicular to y=2x

since the line is in the form

y=mx+b

then

slope m=2

y-intercept y=0

since the line are perpendicular to each other

m1*m2=-1
2*m2=-1
m2=-(1)/(2)

then the equation of the line is

y=mx+b

where

m=-1/2

b=1

y=-(1)/(2)x+1

The correct answer is option D
