The given expression is

(d)/(dx)(x^x)

Then it is

\begin{gathered} (d)/(dx)x^x=e^(x\ln x)(\ln x)+e^(x\ln x) \\ (d)/(dx)x^x=e^(x\ln x)(\ln (x)+1) \\ (d)/(dx)x^x=x(\ln (x)+1) \end{gathered}

The answer is B
